Service person was great, on time - early in fact- and super personable. Not a reflections on R in any way. I’ve used Powell in the past and while they are pricey they do a good job. Responsive, good booking system but do not give quote over the phone. I had to shut down my business because I was having power issues. I hired Powell electric to come out and take a look. They checked the brakers and told me they would need 1250$ to find exactly which braker ran to the unit that was having power issues. I told the eletrican that I had power out at multiple sources and its not just that area. They billed me 200$ and left with no solution.
