Moved into our home in March. The home has a sprinkler system and the only paperwork we were given was when Poseidon came out to winterize in October. Made appt to have someone come out and show us how to turn system on.(since they did the winterize on system in Oct.) Appt was scheduled and day they were to come out (2hrs before appt time) received a call stating they do do service my area anymore. Did they service area when I made appt 2 weeks prior??? Very disappointed in how they handled our
