She over charged us for contractor work, was unable to provide invoices for the contract work despite multiple requests, and then added a 20% commission for herself on top of the inflated charges. We recently replaced a broken piece of glass that she had cut for us to protect a piece of furniture. She originally charged us $350 plus commission (20%) for the glass to total $420 plus tax on our final bill with her. Total cost to replace the same glass (several years later…after inflation) from the
