This company inspected our pool when we bought the house and did a very thorough job. I was then nervous to try to take care of the pool myself and they came out and made me feel so comfortable. They make sure your pool’s water is perfect for swimming and your pumps are always running correctly. The owner is very prompt at responding to your needs and explaining everything that is going on. If you have a pool in Charlotte, I HIGHLY recommend using them. You really won’t get better service!

The pool’s previous owner used Poolwerx, so we gave them a call to see what they offered. It was an excellent experience!!! They were very knowledgeable since they had previously serviced this pool. Being first time pool owners, we were looking for a general idea of things. Our tech was GREAT and helped us as he serviced the pool….checking the water, adding needed chemicals, scrubbing, and other maintenance. JD and Marion are great to work with.
