Call them to schedule a pool repair, after multiple calls and voicemails still no call back. I asked the lovely lady that answered the phone of the service department was out of service. She told me someone would get back to me ASAP. I explained to her that I had called daily for a week and still did not get a call back. She told be that she would email the service department with my number. Two weeks later and still no call. I guess this might be a blessing, I can’t imagine what it would be lik
