They did a great job checking the problem with my pool heater and walking me through clear options for repair or replacement. I decided to go with a new heater, and Darrell took time to explain the different models, features, and what would work best for my pool setup and equipment pad. The installation was on schedule, professional, and very clean. After the new heater was installed, Joseph made sure everything was tested and running properly, with good water flow and normal heating performance

Scheduled twice, they ghosted on both and stopped responding when asked if they're still coming out. Not great when there's a pool leak happening
