I made multiple attempts to schedule an appointment with this company for a pool pump repair, and the experience was extremely frustrating. While they were quick to offer reassuring words like “no worries” and promises to call back, none of those commitments were ever honored. I contacted them three separate times, and each time I received the same empty assurances with zero follow-up. At a certain point, it becomes clear this isn’t bad luck—it’s a lack of professionalism and reliability.
