We have been using Pool Professionals residential services since the company that installed our pool several years ago recommended using them for all of our service repair needs. Pool Professionals has done everything for us- from minor repairs, such as, pool light issues, gauge and backwash hose replacement to major repairs, such as, replacement and installation of a new pool pump, chlorinator and heater/cooler repair. Pool Professionals are the worst. I will never use them again. They are incompetent, non communicative and litigious. They have no idea if the spa heater they installed even works. Nick turned out to be a ghost…impossible to reach. The gas company they had install the new gas lines, broke my grill and tried to blame the operation on the grill. The grill works fine after I had to fix the issue myself. I called the office on many occasions to pay the remainder of my bill. Leslie was never availabl
