I'm surprised at all of these 5 star reviews. Since pool pilots took over our maintenance from the man who retired we have had trouble ever since. The text us and tell us when they're on their way, and then text after they leave, they can't possibly be here more than 5 or 10 minutes every pool service. My pool turns green on the regular basis and I have to beg them to come out to fix it. And when they promise us that someone will come and take care of it. They almost never do when they say they
