I called this business to set up an appointment and received a text message response from Perke Robinson. Perke suggested a few days and times to come by and quote the project. I accepted one of his days/times and he did not show up and did not reach out to cancel or apologize. He has not responded to neither a text nor a phone call. If this is the unprofessional level of service provided when trying to obtain my business I can't imagine how bad the actual service and work would be.
