Easy company to work with. Had them for the years we owned our house. Went out of their way to pick up our can once when we missed our date. Also have been easy to cancel with since we just sold our house and accommodating in pick up. Great company to work with. 5/5 recommend.

I don’t share reviews very often, but this is the best trash company ever! They never have missed a pick up, always willing to pick up extra boxes if they don’t fit in trashcan. They have even walk and crabbed my trash cans when I forgot to pull them to the road. This company is outstanding and deserves 10 stars. Don’t waste your time and money on waste management they will just leave you disappointed.

Our driver Chris went out of his way to scrape up the remains that a bear left us in our can! He is always so friendly! amazing service if i miss the can he manages to swing by at the end of our his route to see if we put it out! great customer service with a smile! thank you

We had just moved into the area and our garbage can was exploding with moving boxes. Unfortunately we forgot Monday was trash day. I was holding my brand new baby and wasn't able to run the can out to the road in time but guess what? The man operating the garbage truck saw our can - he stopped and hauled our can to the road and dumped it for us! We appreciated it so much! If you're deciding between WM or Ponderosa Waste, go with Ponderosa Waste all the way!

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. A random guy in an unmarked truck pulled up to our trash can this morning and pulled a bag of pine needles off the top of the can and placed them to the side. This seemed super weird and we have had our trash can like this multiple times in the past so didn't think much of it. I put the bag bag in the trash can. We had been very pleased with after moving away from WM. But today someone drove up and pulled trash bags out of our bin with no communication so of course we put trash bags back in bin not knowing what happened. While working in the yard an unmarked truck ripped into our driveway and pulled trash bags out again and then peeled off shooting rocks everywhere.
