I purchased gas logs fireplace from Lowe’s and asked a friend to install it. He removed the old fireplace and installed the new fireplace. However he couldn’t get the pilot light to work. I called Viridien Patio and Fireplace and the manager referred me to Tommy at Polaris Services. I called Tommy and explained the situation. He said that he would take a look at it. He arrived on time at 8:00 am and my friend arrived also. Tommy replaced a coil and added a battery and was finished at 8:55

I was there when R . H.Peterson, ( the inventer of modern gas logs (1939), asked only Tommy for advice despite there being 45 other installers around. He's old school and the best there is.

I had a problem with my gas logs and called Polaris . They returned my call promptly . I spoke with Tommy who asked a series of questions about my issue. He suggested I do few things before a service call . His suggestions worked and eliminated a service call. Tommy exhibited such professionalism I would highly recommend Polaris for gas log service !
