Beyond thrilled to have found Lance and Polar Air. He came within a day after we reached out and took the time to listen to our problem. After he diagnosed the issue, he took the time to explain to me why it was happening and how he was going to fix it. It's only been a day and my air conditioning has already improved. So glad to have found someone that I can actually trust.
