We had our flat roof replaced and needed to have aging solar thermal panels that heat our pool removed and replaced. Poco promptly responded to a request for assessment and Estimate, which was detailed in scope of work to be done and Materials needed. Due to advanced age of some of the panels we did need to replace a few of them. We found the Estimate quoted to be fair and after accepting Poco's crew promptly came out to remove the panels.
