Terrible service and awful customer service. I had to deal with a woman who was incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude. When I politely complained, she got angry and not only insulted me with obscene language, but she even flipped me off. She was incredibly rude. I don't know how they have people like that on their team. 😡

Dave was so kind to me in my anxious state. He fixed a leak under my mobile home quickly and showed me his work. He was punctual and the charge was very reasonable. God bless Dave ( The pipe Dave fixed in May burst on June 20th . I don't know how long water was running down the street until I found it. I turned water off and called Dave He arrived quickly and fixed the pipe again. I don't know how much my water bill is going to be. I already had a credit for the original high consumption bill s
