I really appreciated how responsive Ely was from Castillo Works. I called about 5 other plumbers and no one was available after 12pm on a Saturday. Once they got here, it was a quick process figuring out what was causing our water damage. They worked quickly to fix the pipe issue and they are ready for the next step.for water remediation. Highly recommended!!!

My life is now complete:-). I have found a reliable, competent, efficient, polite, clean and fairly priced Plumbing Company in Ely Castillo Works. You call or text and they respond immediately . We came back after being away for a few months and needed a new Hvac system (ours was 36 years old) Ely and the boys had a new state of the art efficient system installed in less than a week. I had submitted an estimate request and the same evening they were quick to give me a call to gather more details. I was glad to find out they were able to do a visit around 4pm as that was the earliest I could get off of work to be present for the plumber.
