Went there today to have a turntable repaired, gave me a quote, decided at entry level it wasn't worth fixing. Walked out with a new turntable at almost the same cost to fix the older one . Operating the new system was explained by a knowledgeable team. Will go back for further upgrades.

Objectively, he has anything you need home audio wise and the selection is fantastic. Subjectively, the man who runs the store is so insufferable, pretentious, and rude.
