Consider this a 0 star review. We were sent to Platinum Pool Care by our home warranty company for a pool/spa heater repair. They were communicative to set up the initial evaluation, did no testing, and then stated they would order a part and get back to use to schedule the repair. I followed up with them 1-2 times a week for the next 6 weeks asking for an ETA on the part. I asked repeatedly for an ETA or just to know what part they ordered or from where and if it was on indefinite backorder-
