Nick was great and came quickly when called - we had an issue after hours at 5:30pm and he came within an hour. Due to the situation, we didn’t go out and get other quotes, so I don’t have any frame of reference for a price comparison, however he gave us some money, saving advice that would help prevent further issues in the future. Nick was personable and efficient and I would definitely use Platinum Plumbing again.

Update; we had a 16 year old water heater start leaking last night and within an hour Nick & Cameron were here and working on fixing it.
