Everything went great! I called Pioneer for an annual water heater check and they were able to come out the same day (!) Daniel and Adrian checked the WH and did a thorough pass around both the inside and outside of the house to see if there were any issues. They answered all the questions we had and did small things like tweak the water pressure setting to increase it a bit.
