We are so grateful to Eli and the Pioneer team for their services with our remodel. They were such a pleasure to work with. We even ran into an issue where the stone was slightly larger than our new cooktop (our fault for not sharing the new dimensions initially). Working with Pioneer was easy. They had a good selection of remnants to select from, and were very thorough in inspecting the sample I chose for flaws. The rest of the process, templating, fabrication and install were just as easy. Cheryl is knowledgeable and fun to talk to. Highly recommend.

I've had the pleasure of working with this supplier on my projects. I have nothing to say but good things about my working relationship with this outfit. Not to mention the "customer service" I get when I am in a pinch and need a "quick turn" on some pricing requests, due to either my own and/or my contractor's lack of "foresight", to put in pricing requests in a more timely fashion...
