I paid close to $5,000 dollars for a wood fence from this company. I purposely chose them over Lowes or Home Depot because I thought they used quality materials. I haven't had the fence for 5 years, and have also treated and painted it and all the panels are cracking. I called the company and spoke to Bob to try to remedy the situation. He refused to come out to take a look or review pics because he said that he can't quarantee wood. However, he then said we chose the cheapest wood. We never had
