AVOID! Paid a grand for nothing. Thankfully I came to the inspection and found multiple discrepancies the inspector missed, including a serious water leak. Now after his full inspection I’ve found multiple issues like outlets not working, kitchen lights that don’t function (no electrical to the box) etc. Paid a grand for nothing, and now out more money to fix the things he should’ve caught and the sellers fixed. Month in. Another plumbing issue, clearly visible in basement, not to code and needs
