David replaced 3 double pane windows for me on 10/3/2025. On 10/12/2025, I contacted him that one of them had condensation and needed to be replaced. He apologized, said they were under warranty and he would get it replaced. I have never heard from him. On 11/9/2025, I noticed another window he replaced has condensation. I have reached out 2 more times with no response. I am out the $562 for these 2 windows that were replaced a month ago. I should have trusted the Yelp reviews about this

I originally contacted David last year but couldnt afford the repair. Fast forward to 11/12/24 when he came out and gave me a quote of $300 and requested half for the deposit since it was a custom piece. I Zelled it to him. Now 12/23/24 I still don't have my window or my money. I have contacted him many times through calling and texting. At first he would say he is coming a certain day and then never showed or called. This family own business did a wonderful job with my shower. The measurements were done right the first time and he consulted with me to make sure that it was going to be made the way that I wanted. You can tell they really know what they’re doing, and the pricing was competitive.
