I loved this place. So sad that they had to close their doors back in June. They’re no longer in existence. Sad day!

We got off to a bit of a rocky start, but the company made all the changes I requested, and the staging ended up being beautiful. My buyer loved the furniture, and even asked where she could buy some of the pieces. In the end, my townhouse sold for about $45k more than any other similar unit in my development! And, this is with rising interest rates and the market cooling off. I believe the staging made a big difference.
