GREAT timeliness and service. I have multiple animals and getting a carpet clean every day 1-2 years is essential. Everyone is professional and arrived 15 minutes ahead of their scheduled time to set up. My only complaint this time around: you can clearly see where they stopped under the couch (2nd photo) despite insisting their equipment would reach.
