He is the last person who you should call. He is a nice guy but terrible at investigating leaks and other issues. He goes by what customer says and does zero investigation. He also says one price and charges higher. Also talks way too much for someone so ordinary.

Phil was fantastic to work with. He came over quickly to help with leak, carefully analyzed where leak was coming from, and helped repair it. Also replaced old valve very effectively and efficiently. Even took time to help explain how to replace a hose bib and valve that I wanted to do on my own. Wonderful guy to work with and does excellent work. Highest recommendation for Phil.

Needed bath tub drywall and faucet fixed. He started the job but never finished. He said he would be back to finish the job. Never showed up. Called him and he said he was going away for 2 weeks. Called him after 2 weeks and then he said he was on another big job. He took my money and never finished the job. Shouldn't have paid him full amount up front. Live and learn.
