We needed to upgrade our old alarm system and are very happy we stayed with Philips. Christina was our tech and she was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and professional. The outside lights are a safety feature we added and like. The price was reasonable and we like the many options including using phone or keypad to arm/disarm.
