The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Actually shocked. I could write a longer review but I've wasted enough of my time
Rene Carmolinga did a fantastic job upgrading our alarm system. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He was clear and patient when explaining how the new system works and how to access the many new (to me) features.
