Phase 2 excels at customer service. Out of the 4 companies I contacted, Phase 2 provided the best price and the most extensive coverage. Communication was quick and clear through the whole process. The day of installation, Manuel brought in two crews to make sure we finished on time for our drywall crew to begin. The thing that stands out most, however, is how they handled a mistake. The crew barely damaged a flexible exhaust duct in the ceiling. It could probably have been patched or covered
