5/8/26. Cancelled contract because Pest Tech hasn't shown up for the past three scheduled visits. I received a text clearly stating they would visit 8 May between 7:30am and 9:30am. I took time off and waited but was stood up. I called three times to get past their AI bot and finally spoke to Tina who apologized and said service was for 5/18, not 5/8. I spoke with the manager, Melissa, who apologized and said she'd try to get a tech there sometime today. I refused and cancelled my contract

My elderly parents booked them twice and Pest tech never showed up both times. They made excuses and never apologized. Very disrespectful to kupuna. Chance’em if you like, but seems to be a common theme from other reviews.

We did the fumigation tenting with them. And still found active termites
