Perks deconstruction has an amazing array of architectural salvage; both practical(like reusable insulation) as well as beautiful (decorative vent covers). We purchased 800 ft.² of three-quarter inch solid teak flooring. It was removed carefully from a large house in Denver the prior year; preserved perfectly and easy to install! Talk about beautiful! I’m so grateful this adds beauty to my home and didn’t end up in the landfill or an incinerator!

I love using reclaimed materials and Perks has a lot stuff to choose from. I appreciate that they are re-using materials they are pulling from houses they are deconstructing.
