Corey is professional, communicates and explains issues. I am very pleased with his service. Had a quick response time and wouldnt quit until an intermittent problem was found. Also, Tasha is awesome and handles the office side of things. Perkins service is the best !

Thank you guys so much Mr.Thomas the service manager on EMS oncall took care of my elderly neighbor very well , he was respectful, patient as can be with someone whose elderly and very much so deaf by all means of the word , he came out on a holiday, showed up at 9:45pm and did everything he could to give my granddad a peace of mind so he could sleep without being worried about his expensive generator, guy did a kickzza job and I hope someone see's this and give him some extra incentive ca

The Technicians we very nice , polite and relatable . They did the job in a very good time frame . They were both a pleasure to work with . I highly recommend them . I have been a customer for approximately 20 years . My son is vent dependent so Perkins is a necessity for us . I highly recommend their services .
