Had our windows replaced in 2 steps, first all front facing windows, process was seamless, then the rest of the windows, disaster.... and crickets from this company after they had our money... after first set of windows, team was very professional, and a rep from the company came to inspect the work, all was well, then they said since our credit was good enough to proceed with the rest of the windows and they could finish in the next 2 weeks, we'll they sent a wrecking crew with no sense this ti

The initial meeting was informative and the rep was kind and answered our questions. When they came to install, the crew was professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They really knew what they were doing! Overall, it was a smooth installation. The windows look great and are of excellent quality. So glad we used Performance Windows.

The whole process from measuring to installation was quick and efficient. The entire staff and installation crew were friendly, as well as knowledgeable. They finished in one day and left with everything in order and cleaned up. The house looks like new, better insulation and noise reduction. I definitely recommend the company and staff.
