I had an issue that was "my fault", bought substandard R/O replacement filter. Called the tech. Folks ("John" I think his name was) they troubleshoot problem then sent out "new" filter at no charge!! Water tastes GREAT! (artesian filter really helps!) Very professional and super helpful! They set the "Gold standard" for customer service! Didn't know there was company's like that anymore! Well done! Would (and have!) Recommended company and products.
