He explained to me the system and what we needed to get done. He offered services and told me what is needed versus what is not necessary. He was not pushy at all. These guys were great. They were right on time, great pricing and did a good job. My cesspool happened to be deeper than most- they were able to dig it out, add a pipe to it and still service the cesspool.
