Dave came by for the end of winter deep chimney cleaning of a rental property owned by my sister. My sister was in the hospital and I had to give him access after the tenants moved out. Not only did he perform an excellent cleaning, he made sure there was no smoke soot, which was surprising since this was the first time this property had its chimney swept in 5 years.
