We were very satisfied with the staging Perch did. Communication through the whole process including scheduling the walk-through and the actual staging process was extremely difficult and required interference from our realtor.

My husband and I renovate houses for a living and were blown away by Perch’s stage. They hit the nail on the head for this Evergreen mountain house. The house was a huge hit with a bidding war, it only lasted 2 days on the market, and didn’t even make it to the first weekend. We had great feedback all around - big shout out to the Perch team!
