Took $650 to fix a leak on a Cape Cod style roof over a porch. Person who reviewed claimed it was some worn shingles. Leak persisted. Multiple attempt to contact and schedule a revisit resulted in countless of promises they’ll do so over text, and in the end no one came. The only reason I don’t leave a 1 star review is because they’ve dine better work before, but this is how you lose a customer. I now am scheduling with a new roofer. Follow-up: The owner reached out personally in response to th
