Worst customer service imaginable. It's nearly impossible to find the right person. Once you do, you're on hold forever before being forced to leave a voicemail, and no one calls you back.

Our oil and gas company was using Pentair's filtration products at our wellsite, however our employees got talked down to or downright ridiculed one too many times on the phone by a guy at this location who goes by 'Jay', whose probably an overweight 80 year old guy who should've retired about 20 years ago. There are two other filtration products companies within 15 miles of this place who put out just as good products if not better. Go with them if you want to be treated with dignity
