Galen did a very thorough inspection for a home purchase in Patagonia. The home was in good condition, but the tree coverage, wall, and drainage items were going to take special attention and maintenance. I am accustomed to home inspections that are wrapped up in 2-3 hours, but Galen took extra time to do a very thorough inspection and to answer all of my questions.
