Pennstar Solar was prompt, efficient, and provided a competitive price. It was very important to complete construction before the tax credit expired and Pennstar was able to perform the install about 6 weeks after consult, with 6 weeks to spare before Dec 31. This is much faster than many of his competitors. Mike the owner was very responsive to our questions and kept us up to date on the project status. We are happy with the results.
