The worst door and window company. Do not order a Pella door or window. We ordered a multi bi-fold door from Pella and Burris (Pella Ft Worth) told us multiple times it was delivered. My installer would go to pick it up only to be told it wasn’t ready yet. Then when it was supposed to be delivered my installer went to pick it up but Burris had lost the frame. We had to wait another 6 weeks for a frame to be delivered. We picked up the frame but the hardware and astragal weren’t in the door or fr
