They installed a salt water system to my existing hot tub. Since then, the tub works for a couple days then dies. Over the last two months I have placed several phone calls to them. Not only they never answer the phone, they have yet to respond to any of my voicemails. Nothing!!

Stay clear of this company! I hired them to close my pool at the end of last year and then recently had them out to open it for the season. The technician opening the pool neglected to discover the infinity feature pump was not working and neglected to tell us there was a pool in the light burned out before filling it. The pool was also not thoroughly cleaned at the time of opening. I had to call them multiple times asking them to come out to address the infinity and then after they came out,

Multiple people were assigned to manage the pool, leading to inconsistent service and confusion about who was actually responsible.
