It started with the y joint to my dishwasher and sink drain had a hole in it. It had been wicking up my wall and running under my laminate in both kitchen and living room. It smelled so bad and had a large amount of little tiny bugs. My HOA hired PEAK and they went to work tenting the length of the two rooms. We had to move out part of my cabinets, countertop and unload four cabinets. They knocked down the wall, tore out all the flooring and moved furniture. I let them know that I trip and fall
