Josh good guy. Seems like he did nice job on replacing valve. Has small job of putting in washer in outdoor hose faucet. Had pre made decision from front office to put washer in for $185. Thought that was pretty steep so did it myself. Seems like service and policies are on decline at Paul Henderson. Mix ups with office and plumber. Thank you.
