2 for 2. Second time I have had this company do me a great service. Time slot was noon to 5 but got here right around noon. Which was nice. Ready to work. Earl and Josh followed me to the sump pump, educated me on how it works and made sure it was working. Then followed me to fix my toilet as well. All was professionally done, in a timely manner, reasonably priced and with friendly faces for an overall positive experience. Would recommend!

I called Friday afternoon and they got me on the schedule for Monday afternoon. I was happy about that. Brandon A. is a friendly, good technician. He removed the old sump pump and installed a new one. I am very happy with Brandon’s service.

This company did an entire basement waterproofing system on my house in Bloomfield in 1997. Granted it’s been a long time, but wanted them to come look at what’s happening with the walls and I’m told it $200 for them to come out and look at it to give me an estimate—even if it’s not something they can fix! Seems like a poor policy to me, and I will look elsewhere to spend my money.

Great experience with Earl and Damien. Came to fix a backup with the sewer line and took on a side project fixing a leaky shower head. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will be using again!

Earl arrived timely to address bathroom sink that was clogged and not draining water flow. Earl was professional, polite, and kept area covered with tarps while he snaked the drain to ultimately resolve the issue.
