We bought a 2 year old 8,300sq ft house built by Patterson homes. After owning for 5 months, we have put endless amounts of money into fixing their cheap, unethical build. They drain their homes incorrectly (not just this one) so the water goes towards the house, the wood floors are literally paper thin and rub off when you mop, the countertops are the cheapest Home Depot product, the cabinets are literally bottom of the line (we are having them replaced and the cabinet guy was stunned we have t

We were told this would be a “one-stop shop” experience. We signed 2 different contracts at an agreed price, but after permitting, the price increased by over 10% with no materials or finish packages presented. We decided to part ways, and were not provided a final accounting statement or any refund. It took over 4 months to unwind. Poor communication throughout and not the level of professionalism we expected.
