Called them when our automatic door started acting weird only opening halfway then stopping. Turned out the safety sensors had gotten knocked out of alignment somehow probably when we were moving stuff around in there. Brian realigned everything and cleaned the sensor lenses which were pretty dusty. Also lubricated all the moving parts while there which was nice. Door works perfectly now and opens all the way every time

The garage door opener light stayed on all night and the door started acting strange. They diagnosed a small part inside the opener that needed replacement and fixed it quickly.
