I had my carpet cleaned on 11/2/23 & the young man had to work on the steam cleaner before he could clean. It took longer to fix the cleaner than it did to clean my carpet. Don't waste your time even calling. They don't want your business. I contacted them, left a voicemail, they called back and asked about a couch and a rug. They gave me a quote, and stopped replying. I asked the next day of the we're still available. We just moved here and needed to get the couch into the house. They said they have to reply, gave us a day a week out and asked for a name for the appointment. I thought I had someone booked so did not call anyone else. That day came and went. No one

Sent them a picture of the couch, and got a quote. Wrote and asked for next appointment, which they never responded. Emailed again and they responded next appointment was a week out. Gave us a day but no specific time. The day came and went. Texted them and they never responded. Not sure if the job wasn't big enough for them, but the communication was poor at best.
